Cancellation Policy

For pre-paid appointments, cancellations within 1 hour of session time can be rolled over into the new appointment time. Cancellations within less than 1 hour of the appointed session time are subject to a 50% reduction in rollover amount. No refunds are given excluding extenuating circumstances.
